Position Description
The primary objective of this position is to provide administrative support to the Human Resource team by delivering assistance to the HR Coordinator, HR Generalist and HR Manager on various projects and initiatives related to; compliance, recruiting, onboarding/orientation and employee benefits.
Position Summary
- Assist with new hires by putting together new hire packets, creating ID cards, creating & updating job descriptions, etc.
- Update employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
- Daily Attendance Tracking for all Cullman DC and Operation Sites
- Manage Temp Process for Cullman DC and Operation Sites
- Assist with Recruiting and Processing New Employees
- Maintain Employee Files
- Conduct New Hire Onboarding for Cullman DC and Operation Sites
- Assist with document retention Project.
- Prepares and files reports of accidents and injuries at establishment.
- Completes reports for management as requested.
- Performs recruitment activities, interviews, and evaluates candidates for select positions.
- Support the Training Administrator by Inputting Data into the Established Training Database
- Performs other HR Administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

Education:
- Current or recent enrollment in an undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in Human Resources.

Working Conditions
- This position will be in a manufacturing office environment.
- Based: Cullman, AL
Physical Demands

Salary : $42,000 - $53,100
