Responsibilities :

• Track and upload Consents and discharge paperwork to patient charts.
• Print patient plan of cares and updated medication lists for clinicians to deliver to patients.
• Proficiently manage all faxing tasks, ensuring timely, confidential, and accurate transmission of documents.
• Follow up on unsigned orders to ensure timely billing.
• Performing data processing work and duties such as scanning, typing, filing, mailing, etc.
• Assisting with phone inquiries and effectively transferring calls when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Experience in medical front office / reception setting or a demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to the responsibilities of the role.
• Home Health experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and have organizational detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and efficient time management skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc).
