The right candidate will do a thirty day training course in our Indiana PA office.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional and friendly customer service while following script.
Lead and mentor agents
Goal oriented to reach daily and weekly performance goals
Assist in answering the customers questions and concerns with a one call resolution.
Efficiently and accurately updating customers' accounts and information.
Provide 100% customer satisfaction
Abilities and Requirements:
A passion for providing quality customer service.
The ability to handle difficult situation and resolve conflict.
Attention to detail, active listening skills and multi-tasking skills.
The motivation to work independently toward a team goal.
The ability to perform basic computer navigation and typing.
