Temporary assignment to last at least 3 months, duties include to create customer invoices using various e-spreadsheets, price books, and systems to gather data needed to create accurate invoices.
Duties include generating accounts receivable invoices and email invoices to specific customers, research and resolve billing discrepancies with Customer Service.
This role is on site.
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM slightly flexible.
Looking for candidates with 1-2 years of billing experience.
Skills required: computer proficiency, basic Excel knowledge.
Resource will be learning a new system, so training will be provided.
- email invoices and supporting documents to customers (approximately 300/week)
- post invoices to customer websites, such as Ariba, for customers using business platforms to process vendor invoices (part of 300/week invoices above)
- other light duties as needed, depending on how the workload goes (Excel spreadsheet/Google sheets usage - basic skills required)
Excel/Google proficiency are still the only requirements
