• Identify invading pests, such as ants, roaches, spiders, bed bugs, and termites, and utilize proper treatment programs for Reliant customers.
• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and determine the extent of the problem.
• Utilize various pest control methods and products, including chemical treatments, baits, traps, and exclusion techniques, to eradicate pests and prevent future infestations.
• Communicate with customers to explain our pest management solutions and educate them on pest prevention techniques and other measures to help maintain a pest-free environment.

Collaborate with other team members, including supervisors, sales representatives, and office staff, to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery.

Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, equipment, and supplies, and always adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Safely and effectively apply pesticides and other pest control products using industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Use appropriate protective gear and equipment during application.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to accurately document pest control activities and maintain records.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required by the employer.
• Flexibility to work some evenings, one weekend per month, and overtime hours as needed to accommodate customer schedules and emergencies.
• We will provide all the training and equipment as well as a company vehicle to the qualified candidate
• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in pest control is not a prerequisite
