Reliant Roof Pros is adding a Sales Team Leader to implement existing marketing campaigns and work with company leaders to develop new strategies to meet sales goals. This position will work closely with an established team of Customer Account Managers to facilitate their successful execution of marketing initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
· This is a newly created position with opportunity for growth. The Sales Team Leader will coordinate the efficient implementation of existing marketing programs, contribute to developing new campaigns, and become knowledgeable of industry trends in this area.
· Make training presentations, including preparation of materials, when needed.
· Occasionally work in the field with Account Managers as part of implementation of sales initiatives and training.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of individual campaigns and make informed recommendations to maximize success.
· Proficiency in common office software and familiarity with using internet applications is required.
· Must have access to transportation and always maintain a working cell phone.
COMPENSATION:
· Base pay plus commission – pay structure is negotiable
