What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Analyst position at RelMap Consulting?
Coordinate and perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups and configuring systems and applications.
New user provisioning including system connectivity and application access.
Primary point of contact for end-user problems and entering details into the help-desk system.
Participate in root cause analysis and post mortem assessment.
Support processes and activities related to IT controls
Participates in continuous improvements.
Train users on hardware and software.
Write knowledge base entries for supported systems.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:

Experience:
- Help desk: 1 year (Required)
- Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
- Business-to-Business Technical Support Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
