Grounds Porter

We are seeking a self motivated individual to join our growing company in Columbus as our Grounds Porter. This individual would be responsible for the following:

• Daily maintaining of the exterior grounds through trash removal and cleanup, including dumpster areas.
• Exterior repairs as weather permits: painting, cleaning, fence repairs, building repairs, etc.
• Inclimate Weather Duties: Snow removal, Salting of walkways and front stoops. Reporting to work outside of standard schedule to assist with these duties.
• Landscaping: Mulch bed maintenance, spring and fall cleanup, weed control. Planting flowers and maintaining with watering and pruning.
• Maintain amenities such as playgrounds and grill/picnic areas.
• Cleaning and maintenance of interior hallways, office and other common areas.
• Minor maintenance repairs in occupied or vacant apartments
• Other duties and tasks assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
