Benefits Data Entry Clerk

• Position: Full-time, Benefits Data Entry Clerk
• Location: Honolulu
• Industry: Medical Insurance
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)
• Duration: Temporary, ~6 months
• Pay: $18.00
• Parking: Parking is provided and eligible for reimbursement

Job Duties:

• Processes group and member enrollments
• Updates eligibility records and rates; audits and reconciles group accounts
• Responds to questions regarding eligibility, premium statements, and life insurance benefits by e-mail,
  fax, or phone
• Generate and prepare census and other reports, and process returned mail with updated contact information
• Track and report daily processing for monthly reports
