Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and publish associate schedules in ADP scheduling system.
- Verify and if necessary, utilize appropriate methods to edit associate in and out punches as well as lunch punches in ADP.
- Track and maintain associate attendance information including logging associate tardiness and absenteeism.
- Create and communicate various daily reports pertaining to staffing levels, associate attendance, budgeting, etc.
- Attend meetings and take appropriate notes to share with Leadership.
- Maintain inventory of associate uniforms and provide uniforms to new associates as well as replacement uniforms to existing associates when necessary.
- Be a liaison to the Human Resources department for various matters including, but not limited to new hire onboarding process, organizational process changes, associate offboarding process, payroll deductions, etc.
- Assist with creation and implementation of department-wide incentive programs and recognition events.
