Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Create and publish associate schedules in ADP scheduling system.
  • Verify and if necessary, utilize appropriate methods to edit associate in and out punches as well as lunch punches in ADP.
  • Track and maintain associate attendance information including logging associate tardiness and absenteeism. 
  • Create and communicate various daily reports pertaining to staffing levels, associate attendance, budgeting, etc.
  • Attend meetings and take appropriate notes to share with Leadership.
  • Maintain inventory of associate uniforms and provide uniforms to new associates as well as replacement uniforms to existing associates when necessary.
  • Be a liaison to the Human Resources department for various matters including, but not limited to new hire onboarding process, organizational process changes, associate offboarding process, payroll deductions, etc.
  • Assist with creation and implementation of department-wide incentive programs and recognition events.
