Leasing Consultant

Remington Apartment Homes is looking for a full-time Leasing Consultant with a positive, outgoing attitude to join our management team. Leasing consultants must provide exceptional customer service to our current residents and prospective residents. We are looking for someone who loves working with people and can be a team player.

Requirements

• Leasing and/or onsite property management experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work on Saturdays.
• Ability to tour prospective residents, showing them the benefits of living in the apartment community.
• Follows policies & procedures.
• Uphold our company values.
• Organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Ability to work independently when necessary.
• Maintain courteous helpful demeanor with owners, residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.,
• A professional attitude with the willingness to go above and beyond.

Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
