Position available for "Regional Manager/Director of Operations". This position includes, but not limited to, the following.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the management site staff (site managers/maintenance) of region assigned.
  • Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of assigned region
  • Communicate with owners and or asset managers
  • Oversight of tenant Move-Ins, yearly re-certifications, notices, rent increases, utility allowance changes, and occupancy level
  • Oversee filing and or court hearings for lease violations and non-payment of rent
  • Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
  • Adhere to the Fair Housing Rules and Regulations as well as Affordable Housing Guidelines
  • Oversight of advertisements of vacant spaces to attract tenants
  • Having awareness of operational budgets with accountability of allowable expenses for region

Skills

  • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
  • Customer focus and bottom line orientation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
  • Property management experience required. Affordable Housing experience a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
