- Support in conducting root cause analysis to help define problems and gather data for the team.
- Assist in developing operational solutions by learning and applying Business Process Methodologies (BPM) like Six Sigma and Agile to help in designing and optimizing business processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support improvements in integration between Salesforce and essential systems such as Remote, HubSpot, Leandata, and Vitally.
- Assist in monitoring process adoption, data compliance, and governance.
- Help in documenting processes and creating knowledge repositories for sales support, clarifying process changes.
- Support the maintenance of data integrity within customer records in Salesforce and other systems.
- Contribute to developing best practices to align sales data quality with company initiatives.
What you bring
- Minimum 2 years experience in operations (business, revenue, or sales is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a similar field
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and learn how to optimize processes
- Understanding of project lifecycle phases and eagerness to learn more about each stage
- Resourcefulness in solving problems and ability to make decisions in new situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects efficiently
- Willing to adopt a data-driven approach and continuously improve
- Familiarity with SFDC and interest in learning about enterprise SaaS tools
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of root-cause analysis
- Interest in process design and efficiency improvement
- Exposure to SaaS and B2B environments is beneficial
- Familiarity with using tools like Leandata, Zapier, Camunda, or similar to support process automation is advantageous is a plus
- Interest in Business Process Methodologies (BPM) is a plus

The base salary range for this full-time position is $29,100 USD to $98,300. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
