Title: Accountant
Location: Remote – CST or EST
Rate: $25.56/hr
Note: This position is a contract on W2, and is NOT open to C2C
Summary
This position is on the Finance MSP - ESRD team in the Medicare Risk Adjustment department which is charged with the responsibility of ensuring the accuracy of member COB information for CMS payments. This position will be heavy in telephone and portal look up use as well as data entry. This position will require the use of Microsoft Access forms as well as Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate may have experience with outbound telephone calls and some experience working within Microsoft Access forms as well as other data entry systems. The ideal candidate will also have both financial reporting and reconciliation responsibilities. The ideal candidate will also have some COB knowledge.
Healthcare background is highly sought.
Minimum (Required) Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associates Degree.

- 0-3 years of experience in COB (Coordination of Benefits) or MSP (Medicare Secondary Payor) or Enrollment or Claims processing or Customer Service.
- Intermediate user skills in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Some financial reporting and data analytics is a plus.
Bachelor's or Associates Degree.
