Responsibilities:
- **Routing and Dispatching**: Effectively route technologists to various locations based on service requests. Monitor and manage the dispatch of services, ensuring timely response and efficient route planning.
- **Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for technologists in the field. Provide clear and accurate information about service locations, patient information, and scheduling adjustments.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate daily schedules for technologists, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Be flexible and adaptive, capable of adjusting schedules and routes based on emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
- **Customer Service**: Occasionally communicate with nursing home staff or patients' families to provide information, clarify instructions, or resolve scheduling issues. Maintain a professional and empathetic communication style at all times.
- Prior dispatching experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare and privacy regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
