**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members.
- Understand clients preferences, needs, desires, and budget constraints.
- Conduct comprehensive research and effectively organize travel arrangements, encompassing hotel stays, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, activities, event tickets, and more.
- Generate client quotes, craft itineraries, and prepare invoices.
- Stay abreast of changes in the travel industry and comply with travel restrictions.
- Minimum age requirement of 18.
- Citizenship in the United States, Mexico, or Australia.
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and/or smartphone.
- Availability for both live and recorded webinars and meetings.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, open to learning and adaptable.
- Ability to work independently while remaining open to seeking guidance when needed.
- Fully remote position
