Applicant should have at least 1 year of experience in child care or social service setting or a high school diploma with at least 3-4 years of social work, human services, family services, counseling or related field.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with program staff on developing programs that promote healthy child development and increase parental involvement
  • Attend any meetings or training as required
  • Assist families in their own efforts to improve the conditions and quality of family life and ensure access to social services.
  • Collect community resources to be able to assist families with their needs
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
