Purpose of Position
- Process orders placed via online channels with close attention to detail to prevent fraud and any issues that may impact timely and accurate shipment.
- Build the foundation for lasting relationships with new customers and foster ongoing relationships with existing customers via a variety of communication channels.?
- Provide thorough assistance to all customers in a friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat sessions.
