  • Monday – Friday in office (schedules may vary 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Pay: $20-23/hr DOE
  • Location: Lake Forest, CA
  • GREAT opportunity for a recent graduate looking to get their foot in the door and/or gain experience!

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the purchasing department with administrative duties
  • Resolving issues with purchasing or receiving
  • Expediting orders
  • Heavy data entry – Excel strongly preferred
  • Creating and analyzing reports
  • Ensure data is correct in system and on purchase orders
