Responsibilities:
- Choice of working in the Medical/Surgery or in Telemetry department
- Effectively assess patients to formulate, implement, and evaluate plans of care
- Coordinates direct patient care
- Documents all activity and charting into hospital computer system
- Coordinates with physicians and other staff
- Exhibits compassion and the ability to effectively communicate with patients and their families
