The Community Director is responsible for community operations and quality of care. This position shall manage, direct, and coordinate all activities of the facility as they relate to the physical and psychological well-being of the tenant; maintenance and protection of the facility property; hiring, training, and supervision of staff; budgeting and fiscal responsibilities; and promotion of the facility through a planned program of internal and external public relations. These activities should be designed and directed to achieving facility objectives established by corporate authority.
