What do our CSRs do?
- Handle inbound and outbound interactions
- Manage a high volume of calls, while you take our time with every customer, as needed
- Help guide our customers through enrolling in benefits
- Assist with payment questions
- Have a hunger to research and help resolve any claim questions for our customers
What do we require?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work a normal shift within our operation hours of 8am-8pm Eastern Standard Time
- At least one year in a customer service role – preferably call center
- Must have a high level of integrity, dependability, and customer focus
- Be coachable, teachable, and flexible
- Interest in providing upsell opportunities without the pressure of meeting quotas
- Ability to take phone calls as well as utilize e-mail, web-chat, voicemail, faxes, and other professional written inquiry functions
- Must be proficient in all Windows based software applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
