Overview

The Treasury Solutions Operational Specialist role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our internal customers through supporting various platforms and processes utilized in the Treasury Solutions Operational area.

Responsibilities

Assist internal customers with their inquiries and questions related to their Treasury services

• Resolve banker / sales requests through proficient use of various Treasury Solutions platforms, research, and navigation within the organization, or escalation to an appropriate resource
• Stay current and knowledgeable on all Treasury Solutions products and services
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of banking experience
• Ability to develop rapport easily with peers and internal partners
• Detailed oriented
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to utilize various systems and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work with others as a team
• Ability to organize and prioritize to achieve goals
• Ability to resolve questions and issues with little supervision
• Ability to understand and apply policies and procedures and federal / state regulations
