Summary:
The Talent Development Programs Manager brings a combination of technical knowledge and creativity to the ongoing administration and development of RES' Talent Development programs with a focus on giving employees the best experience and empowering them to reach their full potential. Initial program responsibilities include the Power On Onboarding Program, the Rotational Training Program, and the RES Internship Program.
Specific responsibilities:
- Be a project leader on program development by managing and communicating scope, deliverables, timeline, and risk mitigation
- Implement talent management processes across the Americas, improving processes, tracking and developing talent management metrics, and demonstrating the impact of talent projects.
- Oversee the logistics, coordination, delivery, and ongoing development of assigned programs.
- Be an employee contact and liaison for questions regarding assigned programs.
- Build upon existing learning delivery structure and mechanisms.
- Maintain and refresh existing program content to ensure content is up to date and meeting learners needs.
- Contracts with and manages vendors for employee participation in third-party training programs.
- Manage program/course completion, testing and dashboard reporting.
- Be a liaison between site and corporate projects, ensuring training programs are collaborative across organization.
- Stay current with trends in learning and development and educational technology to use best practices and new techniques.
- Perform other responsibilities.
Technical Skills
- Experience creating people programs to support our needs.
- Advanced project management, analytics skills and processes simultaneously
- Create, develop, write program goals, and develop program structure to achieve desired outcomes
- Work with internal experts to design participant reference materials
- Skilled in advance knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe products such as Creative Suite, and Articulate 360
Interpersonal Skills
- Collaborate across HR organization and within Culture & Talent team.
- Work in collaboration with team experts through program design process to establish trust and collaboration.
- Work with program champions, including senior and executive leaders, to establish appropriate contacts, team experts, and overall project timeline.
- Update training content (new or for maintenance) based on our needs and feedback from client/partner base.
- Observe real-time classes to gain perspective of implementation of program design.
Leadership
- Project manages all phases of the design process by scheduling and leading discussions with clients, partners, experts.
- Conduct "Kick-off" sessions with essential partners to launch program design projects.
- Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions.
- Support continuous improvement by scheduling and leading program/course debrief sessions with facilitators/operations partners to gather information related to program flow, and content.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of progressive experience in learning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, or human resources in a corporate environment.
- Experience creating and measuring learning experiences to a diverse audience.
- Passion for supporting the delivery of industry-best employee experience and development, making RES the employer of choice.
- Inherent curiosity and desire to improve.
- Experience managing to maintain credibility.
- Experience with Instructional Design Methodologies.
- Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share new ideas.

- Ability to travel domestically.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Construction or Industrial subject matter.

Anticipated base salary range: $90,000- $105,000
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual
education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is
bonus eligible.
