Call Center Manager

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

The Role:

· Supervise a team of inside sales agents to achieve performance goals.

· Monitor and evaluate metrics and KPIs to ensure efficiency.

· Provide coaching and feedback to team members for improved skill and performance.

· Develop and execute training programs for new and existing agents.

· Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner.

· Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer service experience.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1-year supervisory experience (required).

· Experience in call center environment.

· Computer skills – general computer knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft office. CRM experience a plus.

· Must have flexible schedule (some nights and weekends).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
