As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent to mee the staffing needs of Renewal by Andersen.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent to mee the staffing needs of Renewal by Andersen.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high volume, full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles throughout various locations.
- Lead hiring strategy discussions to ensure alignment on position, candidate profile and establish clarity on roles and responsibilities.
- Oversee the interview process including sourcing candidates, screening candidates, scheduling hiring leader interviews, preparing offer letters and running background checks.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and promote Renewal by Andersen’s vision and core values.
- 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment law that impacts the TA function.
