Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is looking for well-spoken, energetic Brand Ambassadors, from all industries, to explain our products and services to homeowners this summer! This is an exciting part time summer job that takes place at different fairs, festivals, community events and retail locations throughout the Portland ME area. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness through face to face interactions with prospective customers. Whether you’ve worked for the Military, Solar, Retail Services, Fast Food, or are just looking for a change of pace, we encourage you to apply! Who doesn’t enjoy part time hours with full time pay? Brand Ambassadors travel to and from events with setup items, so reliable transportation is required.
What You'll Be Doing - The Role
$20/hr base pay bonuses. Average pay range is $25-30/hr

What You'll Be Doing - The Role
- Drive Renewal by Andersen brand awareness by setting up and attending in-person events, festivals, fairs, and at retail stores.
- Having conversations with potential customers about their window and door problems.
- Setting appointments with potential customers to meet with one of our project consultants.
- Meeting or exceeding appointment-setting and quality goals within system guidelines.
- Having fun!
