Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen® windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen® was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
We are looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with a Scheduling Coordinator. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Primary Responsibilities:
· Take calls from Sales Reps to schedule work orders for Measure Technicians
· Upload project files from sales folder to salesforce
· Maintain Field Service Schedule for Measure Technician Team
· Calling customers and confirming appointments
· Handling projects that are on hold from measure technicians
· Reviewing Contract to ensure it has the correct payment schedule and the correct financing information if applicable
· Adding deposit payments in system from our payment processor. Also running a spreadsheet log of all payments
· Adding tech measure payments into CRM/Salesforce and uploading measure technician paperwork into order.
Qualifications:
· Data Entry and Scheduling experience
· Attention to detail, organized and thorough.
· Reporting Skills
· Verbal Communications Skills
· Experience with Salesforce a plus
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Sunday: 11am-7pm
- Monday - Thursday: 1pm-9pm
- Fridays & Saturdays off!
