SUMMARY
This Financial Analyst role will support the Renewal by Andersen business, a complex, innovative, and expanding retail business within Andersen. Primary responsibilities are to ensure the accuracy of Renewal by Andersen's financial results. This will be accomplished through comprehensive knowledge of the Renewal business, as well as collaborating and connecting with multiple business partners. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to understand the why's behind what you're doing. In addition, this job will have the responsibility to analyze, interpret, and support implementing financial concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control, by performing the following duties:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Owner of all consolidated SG&A (selling, general, and administrative) expenses for functional areas and analysis on trends.
*Collaborate with highly engaged business partners as a valued thought partner on financial analysis, annual budgeting, period end close/reporting, capacity planning, and project support.
*Lead complex financial analysis and provide insights from analytical work to management to aid decision making.
*Cultivate business and finance relationships, which include learning the business, responding to evolving priorities and understanding the impacts of decisions on key stakeholders.
Business Partners
- Key business partners: Finance and IT Directors & Managers, General Managers at Corporate Owned Retail Operations and Andersen Corporate Reporting Team
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance/Accounting or other related area
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Highly motivated to strive for continuous improvement and learning opportunities
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientated and collaborative
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Skilled with large data sets
- Power BI, Salesforce, and/or Baan knowledge

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
