Requirements (not exhaustive):
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, or sociology;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Pass background and motor vehicle checks;
Pass drug screening and TB skin test;
21 years of age or older;
Available for a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

able to work with minimal supervision;
requests clarity when required.
Responsibilities:
provide direct care to clients and serve as primary counselor to specified caseload under clinical supervision;
serve as a resource person for other professionals and paraprofessionals in their specific area of expertise;
attend and participate in individual care conferences, treatment planning activities and discharge planning;
function as the client’s advocate in all treatment decisions affecting the client;
prepare and write notes or other documents related to recovery (e.g., assessment, progress notes, treatment plans, etc.); and
other duties as assigned by Administrator, LMHP, supervisor, and the quality and operations manager.
