Installation and Service Technician Job Description
Installation of Custom Vertical Operating Doors Across all 50 States. Requires extensive travel and teamwork mentality. Renlita is a rapidly growing customer product manufacturer that is searching for quality team members.
Job Responsibilities:
Serves Customers by installing and servicing Door systems.
Installation and Service Technician Job Duties:
- Serves accounts by analyzing work orders; planning travel schedules; conducting installations; resolving problems.
- Interpret product/shop drawings and complete installation processes in accordance with the approved drawings.
- Completing installations; managing times
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions.
- Keeps company equipment operating by following instructions; troubleshooting
breakdowns; maintaining supplies, and performing preventive maintenance. Keeps detailed report on expenses and monies spent. Renlita provides company credit card for travel expenses, food, lodging, etc.. Renlita provides company vehicle and tools necessary for and field activities.
Installation and Service Technician Skills and Qualifications:
Electronics troubleshooting, Analyzing information, Client Relationships, Reporting Skills, Confidentiality, Quality Focus, Informing Others, Self Motivated, Welding.
- Candidate must be able to pass background check, drivers lisence history check, and be insurable on company auto insurance.
- Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary to complete installation activities.
