Rennes provides care to residents who are with us for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. As a Registered Nurse Manager you work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating nursing activities of the assigned unit(s) to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Manager who:
- Assists in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department in accordance with current state and federal regulations
- Supervises the nursing care provided on the unit, ensures resident needs are met and the nursing process is utilized appropriately
- Observes, assesses and documents resident’s conditions and communicates appropriately with the resident, family, physician, nurse and interdisciplinary team
- Performs nursing procedures and treatments according to the plan of care
- Ensures an environment of positive working relationships within the resident care team and throughout the facility
- Participates in personal professional growth and development
- Participates in the implementation of quality assurance and performance improvement programs
- Provides emotional support to residents, family members and staff
- Demonstrates leadership abilities, cooperation and teamwork; promotes a positive work environment
- Demonstrates ability to establish and maintain effective working and public relations
- Demonstrates ability to treat resident and patient information as confidential
Salary : $60,700 - $76,900
