Job Title: Enhancement Manager
Classification: Exempt
Reno Green Landscaping Inc. has an immediate opening for an Enhancement Manager to work in the landscape construction division. Overall Purpose:
The Enhancement Manager will manage all aspects of landscape enhancement projects including material procurement, hardscapes, and coordination of field support. Responsible for planning and executing all upgrades to existing landscapes and enhancement design builds.
Duties:
- Ensure work is completed on time and within scheduling demands.
- Manage and review labor and job coding of crews to ensure accurate timekeeping.
- Work in collaboration with Account Manager, Construction Manager, and customers to schedule and coordinate the execution of enhancement projects.
- Establish and adhere to budgets which include labor, materials and equipment.
- Manage all aspects of material acquisition, installation, and execution of work to ensure company and client standards are met.
- General layout of enhancement projects to ensure project accuracy as sold by the Account Management team.
- Ability to perform enhancement projects under or at budgeted hours, cost, quantities etc. as proposed.
- Identifying any lead-time problems or setbacks and working with Account Managers to resolve issues as well as keep all appropriate parties in the loop regarding project implications.
- Develop and maintain positive management, field, and subcontractor relationships.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships through effective and successful project management.
- Inspecting properties prior to scheduled service in order to properly prepare a specific action plan for service
- Understanding irrigation systems, identify necessary repairs or adjustments, and communicate recommendations to the appropriate party.
- As necessary, performing hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands.
- Maintaining and managing all required administrative systems, including but not limited to time sheets, job databases, service schedules, discipline reports, review and develop growth plans for employees.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years relevant experience
- 2 years in a leadership role
- Able to accurately assess staffing needs
- Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of timekeeping/time-tracking systems
- Must have strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have excellent oral communication skills.
- Must have previous experience managing people, planning, and organizing.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize
- Must have valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to work both independently, lead on projects where required, and contribute as a team player with a commitment to team development.
