We are Reno Realty- a small group of dedicated realtors and we are expanding! We are searching for someone that can get excited about working on the admin side of real estate and is willing to grow with us and pre-emptively find creative solutions to lighten our team's work load!
Initially, this job will be on an as-needed basis and your schedule will be very flexible (roughly 5-15 hours per week). However, as we grow, there is a very likely chance that this position will grow to a full time position within the next year or so (maybe sooner!)
We are looking for someone that wants to grow with our company and help us develop systems that will keep us organized.
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative and odd-job support and assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and can take charge of figuring things out!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules and appointments
- Coordinate and plan meetings, conferences, and events
- Create and send out monthly newsletters
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
- Occasionally help by placing real estate signs and running other errands
- Create and optimize marketing materials
- Handle confidential information with discretion
-Create, manage and edit social media posts (Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked-in, instagram, etc)
Skills:
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

-A positive attitude and a desire to work with new people and on new projects, as this job and the requirements will constantly be changing (We are specifically looking for someone who will take charge of new projects and help figure out the best way to implement them!)
- Strong proofreading skills for reviewing documents
- Ability to assist in event planning and coordination
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn new systems, such as Canva, Airtable, Google Systems (docs, slides, sheets, etc.)
