Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description:
Renoed construction inc is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative & Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Phone Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest
• Utilize Constant Contact to manage and track outreach campaigns, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead information in Excel or CRM software
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target demographics and achieving sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from potential clients
• Manage and curate content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and appropriately
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and engagement strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
• Proficiency in using tools like Constant Contact and Microsoft Excel for lead management and data analysis
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up
• Experience managing social media platforms for business purposes, with a deep understanding of social media best practices and trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
