RenoRun is one of its kind when it comes to innovation. We are all at once a tech company, retail company and construction materials company. In short, we harness the power of data and technology to streamline building supply, with the convenience of online shopping. Our goal is to ease the purchasing process for construction workers, and save them loads of time from all the back and forth from the construction site. We do this by providing a platform where they can buy materials online, set up the time and day they would like their materials to be delivered, and voila!

We are looking for a Director of Product - Supply Chain Capabilities where you will drive RenoRun’s customer value proposition by building our operational backbone. You will own RenoRun’s Supply Chain problem space through fine-tuning our ability to balance an ever growing number of orders with our capacity to meet our customer’s expectations. You will be responsible for RenoRun’s entire supply chain tech stack, from order fulfilment to delivery technologies, as well as supply management.

Note: This is a hybrid role in Toronto.

What you'll Do:

  • Take ownership of a full problem-space to develop, prioritize, and execute product strategies, vision, and roadmap with cross-functional team members.
  • Identify and validate exciting product opportunities with use of various product discovery techniques, ranging from market research to user interviews.
  • Closely monitor and analyze performance of product features and understand digital behavior of users interacting with your product.
  • Leverage Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality technology products in close collaboration with engineering, design and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on the go-to-market strategy with other teams across RenoRun to ensure successful launch and adoption of your product initiatives. 
  • Drive alignment across partners from executives, engineering, product, design, operations, merchandising, data science, sales and customer service.

Must haves:

  • 7 years of product management experience building technology products;
  • 3 years of experience in leading a team of product managers;
  • Significant experience in backlog management & product lifecycle management; 
  • Strong analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems;
  • Proactive, creative, and have a continuous product improvement mindset;
  • Sense of humour.
