RenoRun was born in 2016 with the insight that contractors spend too much time away from their job sites by going to the store to procure materials. After noticing that there were roughly 2,000 contractors per hour circulating hardware stores in Montreal, they decided to set out on a crusade to better serve them, and to unleash them from the unpleasantries that had been normalized in the construction industry.

We are looking for Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist, Projects and Candidate Experience. In this role, you will be working on TA initiatives and programs, analyzing metrics and effectiveness of tools and hiring processes, and seeking opportunities to diversify our talent pool while ensuring the best candidate experience to support rapid growth of RenoRun.
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders:
- TA Manager to work on strategic TA initiatives and projects;
- Employer Brand Manager to enhance employer brand and advertising;
- TA Project Management Lead to emphasize D&I initiatives.
You typical day includes:
- Coordinating and providing support for different TA programs, initiatives and trainings (Referral Program, Interviewer training, Candidate and Hiring Manager care surveys);
- Performing weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment audits and reporting to ensure we bring the best and diverse talent;
- Measuring source channel effectiveness for our recruitment processes;
- Developing sourcing initiatives including the recommendation of innovative ad campaigns and promotions;
- Seeking opportunities to establish and maintain vendor relationships (job boards, agencies, advertising and distribution channels);
- Monitoring RenoRun reviews on public websites and providing timely responses to the comments when applicable; maintaining our presence, providing quarterly summary and benchmarking of the perception of our organization based on reviews and ratings;
- Embedding diversity and inclusion into messaging, campaigns, and attraction programs for targeted talent segments;
- Leading and maintaining any updates to our recruitment guides, job descriptions and other relevant materials.
What you will bring:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, Recruitment Marketing or Diversity and Inclusion roles;
- Ability to build and analyze metrics, data manipulation and reporting reporting skills;
- Expertise in coordinating campaigns, programs or projects, preferably in HR/TA function;
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of activities;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks and tight timelines;
- Ability to work in a fast pace, ever changing environment.
