Peninsula-based client is seeking a temporary Lease Administrator to provide assistance with the real estate operations of the company. This is a fully on-site position with an hourly pay rate between $23-$27 depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this role, please attach your resume.

- Create and maintain all real estate reports, spreadsheets and systems
- Accurately update all financial data as it pertains to lease renewals
- Track and follow-up on the status of real estate deals
- Review, organize, and maintain files
- Partner with the company's insurance brokers on all lease-related insurance requirements
- Other duties as assigned
- 3 years of experience in a lease administrative role
- Prior experience in Real Estate/Lease required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft products (entry to mid-level)
