If you enjoy a variety different tasks, this might be the position for you! Our ideal candidate first and foremost must have strong, friendly customer service skills and be very detail oriented. Being a quick learner is also necessary due to the variety of tasks, as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
The duties of this position will split your day between our Customer Service team and warehouse return processing, as the workload demands. Your tasks on a typical day will start with packing/shipping Ebay orders and processing returns. The remainder of the day will be handling all aspects of customer service and intake through email, livechat, phone and in person.

Intake/Customer Service
Approx 60% of your time will be spend on our Intake/Customer Service team. As a key member, you’ll use your in-depth product knowledge, great people skills and sales savvy to help customers get the products that best fit their needs and provide the follow up support services. You will be responsible for fielding inbound calls and emails from potential and existing customers, addressing concerns, generating customer paperwork and shipping labels, problem solving and providing solutions to then selling our products and services.
Since we LiveChat with our customers, quick and accurate typing skills are also needed. You will work as part of a team to ensure the Customer Service day to day operations are achieved efficiently and to a high standard.
Return Processing
We sell our products through our websites and marketplaces like eBay, Walmart, Amazon and more. All customer returns are sent back to us.
Approx 40% of your time will be spent inspecting and reviewing these product returns to determine if they are in new condition and then repackage them for sale again. Other light warehouse duties may be needed at busy times.
Job Requirements
--Proven skills in operating/multitasking in a web based environment
--Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
--Excellent typing (50 WPM) and data entry skills
--Strong oral and written communication skills
--Excellent punctuality and work attendance history
--As dogs are sometimes in the office, must be ok with them around.
