What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Helper position at Rental Properties?
We are looking for someone as a helper for the maintenance man position. This position performs various jobs and is a physical job, lifting, carrying & hauling things.
Will be doing basic repair work on plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Batesville, AR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
