Responsibilities
What do our Corporate Recruiters do?
The Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers, sourcing and screening applicants, interviewing for exempt level positions (and occasional hourly as needed), and conducting passive candidate outreach in order to find and attract top talent for corporate, senior, and specialized roles. This individual will have considerable skills in sourcing and interviewing techniques, a strong knowledge of Corporate, Field Management, and Specialized/Technical roles.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct requisition intake calls with hiring managers and other stakeholders to determine hiring profile & experience required, interview process, and compensation and total value proposition for the role to be recruited.
- Make recommendations on roles & responsibilities of stakeholders in the search, including networking, socialization, communication, and selection process.
- Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract qualified job seekers.
- Use leading techniques and best practices for seeking out top talent, including networking and conversations with high potential individuals to determine readiness to move, accurately conveying RNA’s employer value proposition, and facilitating competitive offers in partnership with hiring managers & stakeholders, and HR (including HRBP, TA Management, and Compensation) as needed.
- Screen candidates to job requirements and schedule interviews as needed and organize interview stages & panels as required.
- Develop strong relationships with departments and partner with hiring managers, business leaders and HR.
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
- Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
- Develop and implement search strategy that includes use of organizational approved tools and resources.
- Engage in active outreach to ensure a diverse slate of candidates is presented for consideration in accordance with annual organizational goals and formal Affirmative Action Plans.
- Organize regular touchpoints with the heads of assigned departments, markets, and regions to ensure the timely and informative flow of information to and from key stakeholders as it relates to staffing needs (active or forecast), progress, and required required assets
- Putting together and presenting data to department heads, Regional Directors, and other stakeholders.
- Managing project plans for initiatives as assigned.
- Creating regular reporting to provide updates and ensure expediency and accountability in talent searches.
- Partner with the Corporate TA Manager and AP/Finance on allocation of costs associated with talent search.
- Effectively liaise with external recruitment partners to ensure a consistent candidate and hiring manager experience
- Other duties as assigned.
What do you need?
- 4 years in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
- 2 Years recruiting for “Corporate” roles (main office, senior management, specialized/technical roles)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS Preferred)
- Experience in prospecting Professional Networks for talent (LinkedIn or similar or trade-specific)
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or similar course of study
- A recruiting certification or sourcing certification is valued and preferred (AIRS, LinkedIn, NAPS, or similar)
- HR or Recruitment-related professional certification preferred (e.g., PHR or SHRM-CP )
- Must pass pre-employment background screen
