RENTOKIL SPECIALIST HYGIENE
REACTIVE RESPONSE ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: DUDLEY, EBONY HOUSE
SALARY: £20,550
FIXED TERM CONTRACT UNTIL 01/04/2024
The role is to effectively manage the RSH emergency work orders in line with customer processes and the company set policies & procedures. Speed is of the essence as all work orders must be attended within 4hrs and finalising of all documents and costs within 24hrs.
The purpose of this role is to ensure a high standard of service is delivered to every customer, ensuring service call outs are resolved within the business SLA. This requires a clear understanding of the business processes, ensuring customer excellence is central to all activities whilst consistently meeting the required performance standards.
The role will require close working relationships with Key Account Managers, Area Support Managers, and the local operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all emergency work
- Coordination of service attendance and liaising with client at every stage
- Follow up on service attendance ensuring service reports and certificates have been received
- Retrospective costing along with supporting evidence sent to customer and payment requested
- Ensuring all completed works have been sent for processing
- Tracking and monitoring all work orders
- Updating all customer portals with required information
- Developing strong relationships with Key customers
- Develop a close working relationship with KAM's and branch network
Additional Responsibilities:
- Raising icabs tickets / complaints to the relevant personell
- Assistance with debt recovery with KAM
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Good numeracy & literacy skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to use internet
- Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good eye for detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong commitment to delivering customer excellence.
- Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a very fast paced environment
