Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: 

• Communicate with customers to ensure quality appointments are issued to sales representatives
• Schedule, reschedule and dispatch appointments as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers and in the office with other departments and fellow confirmers
• Follow scripting to confirm appointments, book appointments and overcome objections
• Use Lead Perfection CRM to correctly disposition leads/view the schedule and determine availability of sales representatives
• Adapt well to regular change and new duties
• Be the liaison between potential customers as an inside sales representative on our team 

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:  

• Call Center, Inside Sales and Home Improvement industry experience preferred
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a goal-oriented environment
• Providing customers an amazing experience
• Excellent computer and voice skills with attention to detail 
• Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality 
• High energy and willingness to learn 
• Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
• Must have scheduling availability during the following times- weekends are a must (1 weekend day)
  • Mon-Sun 8am to 5pm
  • Mon-Sun 10am to 7pm
  • Sat and/or Sun 9am to 6pm
