Renuity's Contact Center (RCC) is hiring immediately for an Office Assistant at our office expansion in Ft Lauderdale, FL. The Office Assistant will perform receptionist and administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s core departments. An effective Office Assistant has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Contact Center Management Team and Human Resources Generalist with inquiries such as answering employee questions, making phone calls, orders, keeping office and kitchen neat and stocked, and assisting with tasks as they arise
- Be the first point of contact for all office visitors including new hires and building management
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings, including the set-up of the room, and welcome signs
- Receive deliveries, collate, and distribute mail accordingly, and deliver packages to post office
- Conduct periodic physical inventory to assure proper availability of required stock
- Manage office supply inventory & provide office supplies to staff members as needed
- Organize and maintain storage room and kitchen and an inventory log
- Monitor kitchen and conference room inventory and restock snacks/drinks daily, keeping it clean and tidy
- Assist with lunch set-up & break down along with picking up deliveries
- Assist with travel scheduling of office personnel when needed
- Assist the Employee Experience team with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and celebrations
- Maintain an updated employee contact list
- Prepare communications, such as flyers, emails, announcements, reports, and office event information
- Take meeting notes and share with respective department
- Answer frequently asked questions from employees and refer them to the respective department
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee files and records
- Provide clerical support to core departments, including but not limited to Employee Experience, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Assist the Employee Experience dept. with orders and distribution of gift items, benefit ID cards, Birthday and/or Anniversary gifts, security passes etc.
- Assist with data entry, scanning, audits, and filing as requested
- Assist with onboarding process; Send parking instructions, draft and share New Hire bios, guide employees on their first week of work, and complete the first-day HR checklist
- Assist in presenting new hire orientationand perform walk-through with new hires
- This position will require the individual to stock shelves, open and carry boxes, and at times using a ladder to place heavy items atop shelves
- Position requires lifting, standing, bending or reaching up to 25 lbs
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to quickly learn computer applications, Microsoft office, etc.
