User Experience Developer

Overview

Renuity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Experience Developer will be responsible for the design and implementation of user-centric designs and landing pages. You will work within the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) team to understand user behavior and design needs. With your skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and design, you will create engaging designs that meet business goals and enhance user satisfaction. Your role will involve the entire design process from concept to execution, including wireframing, prototyping, and front-end development.

• Competitive base salary between $100,000 - $125,000 per year commensurate on experience

What You'll Do: 

• Design and develop UX/UI solutions that align with the company’s goals and user needs, focusing on landing pages and conversion funnel optimization
• Utilize your graphic design skills to create visually appealing graphics and layouts that enhance user experience and conversion rates
• Implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers
• Work collaboratively with the CRO team to plan and execute A/B tests, using data-driven insights to inform design decisions
• Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and A/B testing results
• Stay up to date with the latest web design and UX trends, technologies, and methodologies to apply them in projects effectively
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and team members effectively

What You'll Bring: 

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field

• 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design, web design, and front-end development skills
• Proficiency in front-end development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and experience with responsive design
• Experience with backend languages a plus (PHP, Ruby, or Python preferred)
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision)
• Experience with A/B testing tools and an understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
