ReNuke Services is seeking a Contract Administrator for our client"s site in Huntersville, NC!
Description:
Support for Contract Management - The Contract Administrator performs or assists with the following:
*Plan and manage contract award activities and schedules
*Monitor contract performance
*Assure invoices agree with contract provisions and work has been successfully completed
*Create and manage action logs, establish contract reporting and status for the project team
*Develop presentations
*Maintain confidentiality of supplier pricing
*Create and monitor approvals of contract and change requisitions
*Maintain contract records and correspondence monitor resolution of issues/actions
Develop Spreadsheets
*Review Invoices
*Deliver requested items to plant personnel
*Organize folders electronically
*Occasionally wear hardhat as required, safety glasses, gloves and hearing protection.
*Follow Procedures as described:
oContract Management,
oProject Management and others as identified upon engagement.
*Work with contract management on organizational skills with multi-tasking
*40-hour work week (7 to 5:00 pm)
