The Role
Legal Data Analysts are responsible for a variety of duties related to the input, quality, analysis, and improvement of various datasets involving complex legal and financial subject matters. Most of the data we work with is extracted from court filings and various financial documents. Responsibilities for the role include:
\n- Learning various legal and financial topics.
- Complex legal and financial data entry and/or quality assurance.
- Improving data collection and input processes.
- Workflow maintenance and organization.
- Data analysis support for the editorial team.
- Supporting the team’s Junior Legal Data Analysts.
- Adept research skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Diligent organization and workflow management abilities.
- Effective communication.
- Any legal and/or financial background, preferably with research experience.
