Repair Coordinator

• Develop initial write-up for equipment repairs as they are delivered to the shop, including generation of work order and selection of applicable repair manuals, equipment drawings, QA/QC checklists, etc.
• Print job packets including initial job scope, technical documents, quality documents, etc. and provide job packets to Production Manager for scheduling with shop resources
• Work with Production Manager to prioritize and schedule initial teardown and inspection of equipment based on customer urgency and/or other resource availability
• Upon completion of equipment teardown and inspection, work with shop resources and Production Manager to finalize repair scope, including identification of all applicable parts and internal and external resource needs (millwright, welding, machining, painting, specialty coatings, etc.)
• Based on proposed repair scopes, develop repair quotes and timelines and communicate to internal and external stakeholders
• Modify job write-ups in work order management system to include job steps/resources identified during teardown and inspection
• Upon receipt of authorization to proceed with repairs, process purchase orders in the work order management system, order all applicable parts and communicate finalized scope to Production Manager for scheduling of appropriate resources
• During execution of repairs, work directly with Production Manager and craft personnel to identify and address any changes in scope and communicate to internal and external stakeholders
• Upon completion of repairs, receive completed job packets including all applicable repair documentation from Production Manager and scan into electronic job folders
• Build final repair reports and provide to applicable internal and external stakeholders
• Upon completion of repairs, finalize pricing in the work order management system and work with internal and external stakeholders to ship equipment to customers
• Attend routinely scheduled Production Meetings, providing updates on all ongoing jobs
• Understand and ensure that the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times
• Actively and enthusiastically support JHC colleagues at all times
• Build and cultivate solid relationships, both internally and externally
