What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Intern position at RepairSmith, Inc.?
OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Product Intern. This individual will learn about and partake in the development of products we build for our B2C customers, as well as B2B (Fleets, Partnerships), in an effort to continuously grow and optimize our business.
You will report to an experienced Product Manager leading teams of engineers, designers, and marketers to fuel the RepairSmith’s growth.
WE WILL DEPEND ON THIS PERSON TO
- Represent the customer in all internal discussions by continuously learning through customer interviews, qualitative and quantitative testing, and data analytics
- Be responsible for defining and prioritizing new product features and ongoing optimizations
- Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and actively communicate to all stakeholders
- Break down features into detailed and logical pieces and convert to engineering-ready requirements, writing and prioritizing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Lead with an infectious entrepreneurial spirit to execute the product roadmap
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in a technical, business or marketing-related field
- Able to commit to working for 10 weeks during Summer 2022
- 0-3 years of experience in product management or digital marketing
- Understanding of Analytics, A/B testing, SEO and SEM best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and storytelling skills, keen sense of customer empathy, self-direction, cross-team communication
- A natural, deep curiosity that drives you to learn, investigate, and constantly ask why
