Staffing Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Healthcare Staffing Agency Branch Manager to join our team. As a Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and placement of qualified candidates for various healthcare positions within our organization. This is a key role in ensuring that we have a talented and diverse workforce to meet our business needs. You will also be responsible for providing guidance to the staff and managing the staffing organization and ensuring its success by implementing best practices and strategies for growth. You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, i.e employees, and partners, including meeting with clients to gain new business .

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of a team of recruiters working
• Create short and long-term strategies for the organization
• Responsible for hiring, training, and guiding a team of recruiters.
• Setting staffing targets and then assist the staff in achieving them.
• Generate leads through marketing and networking
• Cultivate strong client relationships by meeting with clients to understand their needs
• Customized staffing solutions for clients
• Attracting new business and closing deals
• Building company’s profile, looking for new business and finding the best ways to promote
• Ensure that all financial performance goals are met.
• Oversee the attainment of budgeted sales and profit goals through business development and growth of the customer base.

The ideal candidate should have

• 5 years of experience running a staffing agency or a branch of a staffing agency, with
• a proven track record of handling and achieving high performance metrics
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
